Terms of Use

Last updated 9 September 2026

These terms govern your use of installscale.com. By using the site you accept them. If you do not accept them, please do not use the site.

The site is operated by Vantum Capital LLC, 1021 E Lincolnway, Suite #9372, Cheyenne, WY 82001, United States, trading as InstallScale. In these terms, “we” and “us” mean that company, and “you” means the person using the site.

The short version

This website describes a service and lets you book a call about it. It is not the contract for that service. Nothing here is a promise of results, and the prices shown are indicative until we put them in a written agreement with you.

1. What this site is

The site describes our customer acquisition service for residential roofing companies and lets you answer a short questionnaire and book an introductory call. It is informational. Using it does not create a client relationship and does not oblige either of us to enter into one.

2. The service agreement is separate

If we agree to work together, that engagement is governed by a separate written agreement between your company and ours. That agreement sets out the scope, the fees, the payment terms, the notice period and everything else that binds us. Where anything on this website differs from that agreement, the agreement prevails.

3. Prices shown on this site

Figures shown on the site, including the monthly management fee, the minimum advertising budget and the absence of a setup fee, describe our standard offer at the time of publication. They are an invitation to discuss, not a binding quotation, and they can change. Your advertising budget is paid by you directly to the advertising platform and is not our revenue.

4. No guarantee of results

We do not guarantee a number of leads, appointments, contracts or any level of revenue. What a campaign produces depends on your market, your capacity, your pricing, how quickly your team responds and how they sell, none of which we control. Any figures used on this site to illustrate how the system works are examples, not forecasts and not results achieved by an identified customer.

5. Contact permission

When you book a call you give us permission to contact you by phone, email and text message about your enquiry and our services. Message and data rates may apply. You can withdraw that permission at any time by replying STOP to a text message, by using the unsubscribe link in an email, or by writing to the address below.

6. Acceptable use

Please do not use this site to submit false information or someone else’s contact details, to interfere with its operation or security, to extract data by automated means beyond ordinary search engine indexing, or for anything unlawful.

7. Our content

The text, design, graphics and logos on this site belong to us or our licensors. You may view and print pages for your own use in evaluating our service. You may not otherwise copy, republish or use them commercially without our written permission.

8. Third party services

Booking is handled by Cal.com, embedded in our page, and measurement uses services described in our Privacy Policy. Those providers have their own terms. We are not responsible for their services, and links from this site to other websites do not mean we endorse them.

9. Availability

We try to keep the site available and correct, but we do not promise that it will be uninterrupted, error free, or that any particular information on it is current. We may change or withdraw any part of it at any time.

10. Disclaimers and liability

The site is provided “as is”. To the fullest extent the law allows, we exclude implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non‑infringement.

To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss, or for lost profits or lost business, arising from your use of this site. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited, including for fraud or for death or personal injury caused by negligence.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to its conflict of laws rules. The state and federal courts located in Wyoming have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.

12. Changes

We may update these terms. The date at the top of this page shows when they last changed, and the version published here at the time you use the site is the one that applies.
